Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
  • Issues not related to product quality
  • Customized or made-to-order blinds (unless there is a quality issue)
  • Requests made after the 30-day return period

Note: Please carefully confirm your measurements before placing an order. Customized products cannot be returned for sizing errors.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at service@ankodablinds.com within 30 days of receiving your item
  2. Provide a description and photos of the issue
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

4. Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Packaging must not be torn or damaged

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours

6. Special Situations

Wrong Size:

  • Please use a metal tape measure for accurate sizing
  • If we made a sizing error, we will arrange a replacement or adjustment at our cost
  • Size tolerance of ±2 inches is considered acceptable

Color Differences:

  • Colors may vary due to lighting, display screens, and production batches
  • Returns are not accepted for color differences

Change of Mind:

  • Returns are not accepted once the order has been processed

7. Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping (We Cover Costs):

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged upon arrival at the destination
  • Product has clear defects

Customer Pays Return Shipping:

  • Ordered wrong item
  • Product does not meet expectations

Return shipping costs depend on the carrier you choose.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.


8. Refund Processing

  • After receiving the product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–10 business days
  • Most refunds are completed within 7 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

  • Shipped or customized products are not eligible for refunds (unless defective)
  • Used or opened items are not eligible for refunds
